Dear XSN Parents and Guardians,

We are already entering our third week of school and we continue to find ways on how we can improve our traffic flow when you drop off and pick up your children. As always, we thank you for you continued support and cooperation and we look forward to a smooth transition for our community in conducting full face to face classes. Indeed, our students have shown so much joy in being together in their learning environment on the campus.

The Nuvali Estate Management released an announcement yesterday announcing the implementation of the temporary partial one-way traffic scheme at West Conservation Avenue effective Monday, June 26, 2023. This will be implemented on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursday and Fridays when we have classes onsite. The time for the implementation will be from 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

The traffic scheme will mean the following:

Ways to Enter XSN Campus

  • One way traffic scheme from Nuvali Boulevard to West Conservation Avenue up to XSN Gate 3.
  • From Nuvali Boulevard, enter XSN Gate 1 if you are dropping off a primary student (Kinder to Grade 6). Enter Gate 3 if you are dropping off a high school student (Grades 7 to 12). Gate 2 is for faculty, staff, visitors and service vehicles.
  • If dropping off a primary student first, then proceed to Ramon Ang Gym. To drop off a sibling/carpool student in High School, you may pass through front of the DMC Administration Building and make a right to the road going to the Ramon Ang High School Building. There is no need to exit the campus, go on West Conservation Avenue, and enter XSN Gate 3.
  • It will be a two-way traffic scheme from XSN Gate 3 going to Evo Parkway Drive, Ecology Avenue, and out to Nuvali Boulevard. This means that students coming from Amaia Settings, Amaia Parkway, Treveia, and Elaro can access Gate and proceed to either the High School or Grade School drop off areas.
  • When dropping off a student at the Ramon Ang Gym, exit at Gate 2 then make a right to go to the West Conservation Avenue, left to Evo Parkway Drive, then left to Ecology Avenue and out to Nuvali Boulevard.
  • When dropping off a high school student in the morning, exit at XSN Gate 3 and make a right to West Conservation Avenue, left to Evo Parkway Drive, then left to Ecology Avenue and out to Nuvali Boulevard.

Ways to Exit XSN Campus

Note: If your vehicle has no sticker yet, please have one installed as soon as you can to avoid inconvenience on your part. Those who do not have stickers yet will have until July 30 to get one. After that date, your vehicle would need to go through Gate 2 and leave your identification card with the guard so you can enter the campus.
