Only applicants between ages 5 years to 6 years old by August 2022 will be allowed to undergo the admissions screening process.
NOTE: The results of the hearing and vision test may be deferred. Please note that in the event that your child is deemed qualified for admissions, he/she will be placed on conditional acceptance pending submission of all medical requirements.
An applicant coming from a foreign school whose medium of instruction is not English, must have undergone at least one (1) school year of English instruction prior to application to Xavier School Nuvali.
The final Report Card/Evaluation Form must be authenticated (Red Ribbon) by the Philippine Embassy of the country of origin as part of the enrollment requirement.

Recommendation Form
To be filled out either by the school principal, guidance counselor, or class adviser, and to be submitted by the person who accomplished the form through an upload facility.

To be filled out by the parents if applicable
Student Health Record
To be filled out by the parents, pediatrician, and EENT for Vision-Hearing test.
Note: The results of the Vision-Hearing tests may be deferred. In the event that your child is deemed qualified for admissions, he/she will be placed on conditional acceptance pending submission of all medical requirements.

If the report card/evaluation report is not yet available, a Certificate of Enrollment (COE) may be submitted.
Note: If the child stopped schooling for SY 2021-2022 due to the pandemic, report card/progress report for SY 2020-2021 and SY 2019-2020 must be submitted.
Important Reminders for the Online Testing:
For applicants who have been accepted, the parents are required to make a reservation to express their intention to enroll their child in Xavier School Nuvali. If the reservation fee is not paid within the specified deadline, we will assume that you are no longer interested in your child's admission to Xavier School Nuvali. The application will then be automatically cancelled.
N.B.: The acceptance letter will include instructions on how to make the reservation and how to pay the required Reservation Fee. For other concerns regarding the Reservation Fee, please feel free to get in touch with the Accounting Office or School Treasurer.

2. Class lists detailing the classroom assignment will be posted during the Parents' Orientation Day.
