Other important announcements:

Student Clearance

Kindly settle all your child’s accountabilities with the different offices before March 12 to avoid a delay in enrollment. A notice will be sent to concerned students.

Lost and Found Items

Please remind your child to check the designated areas for lost and found items located at the GS and HS buildings. Students may also coordinate with their respective Student Supervisors.

Items unclaimed after March 25 will be donated to the beneficiaries of the school’s Outreach Programs.

Withdrawal from School

As a matter of procedure, K-11 students who are promoted to the next grade level are expected to enroll the following school year. In case of transfer to another school, the parents are required to file the withdrawal documents from XSN. Parents may coordinate with the Registrar’s Office regarding this.

Should there be a cancellation of classes during the term, the School has the prerogative to reschedule these activities.

Please be guided accordingly.
