Upon confirmation by the Board of Trustees of Xavier School, during its board meeting on 3 December 2022, I am pleased to announce the appointment of the Assistant Principals who will serve  from S.Y. 2023-2024 to 2025-2026:

·      Mr. Frederick S. Perez – Assistant Principal for Academics

·      Mr. Peter Marc D. Magsalin – Assistant Principal for Formation

I sincerely thank the outgoing Assistant Principal for Formation, Ms. Elisa M. Magtibay, for the service she rendered to our community.

For submitting themselves to the search process, I express my gratitude to Ms. Arzbette Ann M. Amon and Ms. Maria Angela E. Domingo.

PROFILES OF THE APPOINTED ADMINISTRATORS

MR. FREDERICK S. PEREZ

Assistant Principal for Academics

Mr. Perez is in his 20^th year of service in the School, and holds two MA degrees in Education, Major in Religious Education from the Mother of Life Center, and in Reading Education from the University of the Philippines.  He is currently pursuing doctoral studies in Developmental Studies at the University of the Philippines – Los Baños.  He has served Xavier School in various capacities: GS English teacher and Guidance Counselor, HS Team Leader for H1 and H2, HS English teacher, GS English Department Chairperson, XSN English and Filipino Department Chairperson, and XSN Assistant Principal for Academics at present.  He received the Pineau-Clifford Educator’s Award for Outstanding Senior Faculty in S.Y. 2003-2004.

MR. PETER MARC D. MAGSALIN

Assistant Principal for Formation

Mr. Magsalin has been with the School for 27 years, and holds an MA degree in Education Management from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines.  He is currently pursuing doctoral studies in Educational Management at the Technological University of the Philippines  He has served Xavier School in various capacities: GS Science teacher, GS SAP Coordinator, GS Science Department Chair, GS Assistant Principal for Primary, Assistant Principal and Principal for ERDA Tech, and at present, Team Leader for SHS Technical-Vocational-Livelihood Track at XSN.
