The health and safety of all in our community, especially the students in our care, is our utmost priority, while at the same time aiming for the integrity of our academic programs and giving due importance to the milestones in the lives of our students.

 

In relation to the memo sent by the School President to the community dated March 13, 2020, please see the requirements and adjustments made as XSN ends the school year.

 

1. Academic Requirements

Online assessments will be conducted in subject areas where these are necessary.  High school students are requested to check their Google Classroom for required academic work that needs to be accomplished/submitted. Deadlines for submission will be indicated in the Google Classroom as well. Please refer to the list below.

Release of Report Cards and Early Enrollment

New schedule: The soft copy of the report card will be sent via email on March 25.

For K-Gr.11 - The hard copy of the report card may be claimed during the regular enrollment period on April 27 to 30.

For Gr.12- students can claim the hard copy of the report card on March 24 and April 17  from 8:00-11:30AM only. 

OTHERS:

1:00PM to 3:00PM

Students may come to school for the following:

a) Collect school materials from the cubby holes/lockers

b) Student Clearance

c) Return library book/s

d) Claim requested certificates

Students who will come are advised to leave the campus right after their official business.

April 27 to 30

Enrollment Period. Specific details of the schedule will be released together with the enrollment documents. The Medical Clearance may be submitted until June 10, 2020. The Admissions Slip will only be issued after complete submission of requirements.

Orientation for Parents (Kindergarten to Grade 12)

The Summer Reading List (English and Filipino) for 2020 will be released through E-circular, XSN FB page and website.
