Note 

  • In the event of cancellation/suspension of classes during examination days, the sequence of tests as specified will be followed upon resumption of classes, e.g. If classes are suspended on the first day of exam, the tests scheduled on that  day will be given upon resumption of classes.

    • October 26 to November 4: Semestral Break
    • November 4: Faculty Development Day / Resumption of work for Faculty and Staff
    • November 5: Classes Resume
  • End of the 3rd Quarter Schedule
    • December 20: Last day of school in December
    • December 21: Start of Christmas Break
    • January 6: Faculty Development Day / Resumption of Work for Faculty and Staff
    • January 7: Classes Resume
  • End of the SY schedule
    • March 13: Last day of school for Grs. 2-5, 7-9, 11 students
    • March 13: Closing Program for Kinder and Gr. 1 / Last day of school for Kinder and Gr. 1 students
  • Grade 10 Thanksgiving Mass and Closing Ceremony : March 17, 2020 AM
  • Grade 6 Thanksgiving Mass and Closing Ceremonies: March 20, 2020  (AM)
  • Gr. 12 Thanksgiving Mass and Graduation Ceremonies: March 20, 2020 (PM)
  • These dates are subject to change if any disruption in the school calendar will arise.

Please refer to this calendar before making plans for the semestral, Christmas and summer breaks. The last days before a break are normally exam days and only excused absences will be given opportunities to make-up for assessments missed.
