Information on school activities affected by cancellation due to Taal Volcano eruption

Dear Parents,

As previously announced, due to the clean-up operations on campus, classes and all campus activities have been suspended for the meantime. However, several off campus activities will proceed with the exception of the Grade Four Service Outreach Activity.

We understand that given the situation in the Batangas-Tagaytay-Laguna area, it may be difficult for some to participate in the activities that will push through. We have included the email address of the administrators in charge so individual concerns may be directed to them.

For those requesting access to the campus to get school books/materials, students and their parents may go to XSN given the following schedule:

January 16, Thursday and January 17, Friday 8:00AM-12:00NN

January 18, Saturday 8:00AM to 11:00AM

As cleaning operations are ongoing, kindly take note of the following:

For safety and protection, bring and wear your own mask
No loitering in the different areas in school.
Only the student/guardian/parents will be allowed in the school buildings. Other companions should stay in the vehicle/school gym while waiting.

Entry is only through the main gate. The HS driveway gate is temporarily closed.

We would like to reiterate that these are just the initial adjustments being made, but we will keep updating the community as the situation evolves. Please continue praying for the safety and well-being of all, and do what you can to volunteer and help those most adversely affected by the eruption of Taal Volcano.
