Updates on school schedule in view of the Luzon-wide enhanced community quarantine.

Re:                   Updates in view of Enhanced Community Quarantine 

             

Further to the memo of the School Principal dated March 14 regarding remaining activities for the school year, I would like to announce that in view of President Duterte’s announcement tonight that all of Luzon will be on “Enhanced Community Quarantine” until April 14, all offices in the Nuvali campus will be closed from March 17 until further notice. 

 

The following revised schedule will be followed:


Release of Report Cards - Grade 12  

Claiming of requested certificates

April 17, 2020 

Friday

Release of Report Cards - Kindergarten to Grade 11

April 27 to 30 (regular enrollment period)

Monday to Thursday

Student Clearance (only for students with accountabilities), returning of library books, getting of school materials form the cubby holes/lockers 

April 27 to 30 (regular enrollment period)

Monday to Thursday

Required Summer Remedial Classes (SRC) and Summer Academic Assistance (SAA) 

April 27 onwards including Saturdays 

The previous decision to release report cards online by March 25 will be set aside.

Other scheduled activities will proceed as announced. 

 

As the number of confirmed COVID-19 cases increases by the day, and we all try to carry out our duties and take care of our loved ones, let us all try our best to be in solidarity with others through our words and actions, especially on social media. We are all called to deeper compassion, mindful living, and prayerful discernment during this extraordinary Lenten season.
