Greetings!
In the school’s effort to continue fostering our home – school collaboration, we are scheduling a Mid-Quarter Parent-Teacher Conference on July 26, 2019, Friday. Given this, there shall be no classes in all grade levels.
We will observe the following schedule on that day:

8:00 to 11:30 am for parents of students with class numbers 1 to 14 1:00 to 3:30 pm for parents of students with class numbers. 15 and above

Please do not bring your child with you to the PTC so you can maximize your conference with their teachers.

We encourage you to take this opportunity to meet with your child’s’ teachers and get feedback regarding their performance in school. We advise you to come on time and keep the conference brief so we can accommodate all those who will meet the teachers.
We would also like to inform you that Kinder –  Grade 12 classes will observe a half-day schedule, on Wednesday, July 31 to give way to the Spiritual Growth Activity in the afternoon for all Faculty and Staff.  This is in celebration of the feast day of St. Ignatius. Offices will be closed at 12:00 PM .
Schedule of Dismissal is as follows:
Kinder – Grade 3      11:00   AM
Grade 4 –Grade 6-      11:30   AM
Grade 7– Grade12     12: 00  PM
